She was very straightforward with what to expect from a market perspective. She had alot of knowledge and pointed out features and potential issues about some of the homes when we were touring them. She knew what we were looking for and ultimately suggested we see a home that we didn't have on our list and ultimately purchased! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Heather has assisted me in two home purchases and one home sale. My second home purchase was in the west suburbs and she was very accommodating with scheduling viewings. She met us out there on weekends as well as week nights. After looking at homes in several different neighborhoods we finally found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood within our price range. The home sale went great as well. We had a contract in our hands for the asking price four days after listing. This allowed us to start looking for a new home right away. As being first time home owners we were very skeptical, afraid, excited as well as overwhelmed with all the decisions, choices and nature of this the home buying experience. Heather was extremely patient in accommodating our needs by explaining each step. She addressed all our concerns, never rushed or pressured us and gave us excellent guidance with all the background information that we needed on a home. Heather's greatest skill is the close...and I have to say it is one of the most important. In that crucible, so much can change so quickly, you need a knowledgeable and skilled person on your side to navigate the turbulence. Heather has a grasp of what's real in the market, a knack for communicating with all types of agents, and a follow-through to get it done (not to mention the ability to soothe clients who are anxious with the challenges faced in a complex deal). She keeps the deal going and fights for what you need and what is best for you.
