Heather Oie

After a less than enthusiastic real-estate experience with a larger firm, I decided to see what Heather could do for me. When I had been told that there "wasn't much out there" by the old agent, Heather quickly found a dozen or so homes that met my criteria! She arranged to show them to me in the order that was of most appeal, and I cannot believe the beautiful home I bought! It was everything I needed, and Heather held my hand the whole way through, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge at every step. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. After the non-responsive treatment I received from the previous agent, I was astounded at how quickly she got back to me with real and reliable answers. I just LOVE Heather! I didn't know her prior to my home-search, but of all the realtors I reached out to, she was the only one who sent me a kind, non-pushy email. She stated how she could help me, when she'd be available, and all the ways to contact her. Everyone else BLEW UP my phone non-stop and would not leave me alone. I chose Heather because she was the only one who seemed normal! I'm so glad I made that choice. Heather put in so much legwork, I was amazed. I told her my search parameters and she took the time to build "tour paths" throughout the communities I liked, only looking at the type of homes I was interested in. She listened; she gathered info on my likes and dislikes...offering these tidbits of info on all the houses. The general area, easements, school districts, crime, up-keep, and any other random information that wasn't immediately obvious to me. Her knowledge was invaluable! Even my parents were impressed and took her number for when they decide to sell the family home. I will always recommend Heather, as she made my experience easy and enjoyable. She is definitely a rare find and I look forward to keeping in touch with her.
