We had a very tight timeline to get the house we were selling under contract, and some interesting issues that arose with the house we were buying. Heather's knowledge and skills proved invaluable in selecting a property--which presented the many decisions involved in a new build with an absentee buyer. Heather managed to smoothly guide the process of selecting, inspecting and monitoring the building and finishings in the house while keeping us informed and directly involved through ongoing emails, messages and phone calls. From making the purchase decisions to closing, Heather prepared us well and the outcomes have been wonderful. Also of note: Heather coordinated with intergeneration buyers--my daughter, husband and grandson all participated and making their wants known and Heather brokered them all very successfully. She was a wealth of information about community resources. And her realtors gift of a bird feeder represented how well she understood her clients!

Heather is top notch. So professional and motivated. My wife and I searched over six years to find our dream home in a tough market and Heather never gave less than her best to help us find that home with everything on our wish list! Great at her job! Oh and she always answers the phone on the first ring!! Would give 6 stars if I could!
