We were so lucky to have been referred to Heidi by a friend and we were so impressed! Heidi was really wonderful throughout the entire home buying experience for us. With her help, we managed to find, put an offer, negotiate, and close on the home of our dreams. Incredibly we were able to do this in Denvers extremely tight sellers market-- in what was reportedly at the time, the lowest inventory in the history of the city. For us, the house hunting process was one of evolving and changing criteria/desires. I.e., you dont really know what you want or dont want until you see it. And we started with some pretty broad criteria with her. I would say that my wife and I are extremely picky, we looked at A LOT of properties, and I suspect we would have been challenging for any agent! But Heidi never flinched, protested, hesitated, or resisted to continue showing us houses and always encouraged us to keep looking if we had doubts. She always gave us objective advice and she played such an important role in helping to guide us through the process, narrow down the field, and tailor the searches to meet our needs and evolving desires. When it came time to put an offer on the house we liked, and ultimately bought, Heidi was just fantastic. We live in Europe. Almost a year ago we started looking for a place to retire to in Denver. The only realtor I contacted was Heidi Cox and we know now that we could not have found a better qualified person in the field. Heidi welcomed us to Denver, a city we had not visited before, and showed us so much in such a short time that by the time we left felt like we knew the city. The Denver market is tough and the entire process was new to us after having lived out of the country for 30 years. Heidi explained everything in detail, was always available and made us feel like we were her only clients. Heidis ability to navigate in this rather difficult market was second to none. She is very likable and trustworthy; she does not shy away from any effort. She wrote several contracts for us and what I found most impressive was that with one property she sensed that the place was not the perfect fit. In her caring way she pointed this out to me and as a result we cancelled. I had known this deep down, but she made the decision easy and as a result we found a place that has just about everything on our wish list. The negotiation process for this place was quite difficult and had it not been for Heidis vast knowledge and great skill to say just the right thing the deal might not have gone through. Honestly, I dont think there is anyone out there that could do a better job than Heidi. She has integrity and judges situations correctly, no matter how bazaar something turns out to be she responds calmly, is pleasant and accomplishes whatever she decides needs to be done.
