I was ready to give up on looking & buying until I made contact with Heidi Hendrick. She is one of a kind knowledgeable out going realtor I ever came across. I was asked what I had in mind for a home & where our search began I had disappointments but Heidi continued on with encouragement and a smile. She expanded the search area that's when I found my house in an area I wouldn't have chose do to input from others even the home is more for the money. I'm happier than I had imagined. I am so thankful for her.

Heidi was excellent at finding the home I was looking for, knowing the extensive process between picking a home and closing and how best to negotiate. As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better broker to entrust this experience to.

Heidi was fabulous! Trying to find a house in this market was complicated and frustrating. However, Heidi got to know me and what I was looking for so when a new listings came out she was able to sort through them quickly and get the best ones on to me. And she did find the perfect place! Working with Heidi was a pleasurable experience, especially in this crazy Denver market. We just closed on our house a couple of weeks ago. On the house we closed on and are living in now, upon entering, she (correctly) said 'ok, and you know I don't say this, let's write it up!' Yep, after touring about 20-25 houses and having made ~5 offers, she knew exactly what we were looking for. We did write it up and are now living it up!

Heidi was extremely helpful, patient and responsive during the whole home-buying process. I would definitely recommend her for buying a home, as she made the process feel a lot less daunting and was full of useful information. She's also got a great attitude and is extremely easy to work with.

This most amazing experience I ever had. The first day I spoke with her over the phone , she was very inspiring. Since that day she was with me throughout the whole process. She put herself on my shoes. She is very patient and professional. She worked so hard to make sure I get the home. She is the best in what she is doing in the entire world and by far. You dont see caring people like her now day. She always responded to my call and any questions I had. Sometimes we could be on the phone for over an hour and going over with me on every little detail. My wife and I will be forever grateful to her. As can be expected with buying a home the first time we didn't the have best knowledge of the entire process. However, her expertise and knowledge really helped guide us through each and every step of the buying process. Heidi is amazing. Searching for a new home of your own can be long and draining sometimes it's not fun cause a house you really want to see gets taken off the market as soon as it goes on but Heidi made the home search fun for us! We loved working with her. One of the other reviews says "it felt like working with a good friend who is a realtor." Well he couldn't of said it any better I'm glad we met Heidi. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR HOME THANK YOU HEIDI!!!!!!!!
