Horrible. I've NEVER been treated so poorly. RCM & Carson McFadden Property Mgmt appear to think they have monopoly, so they assume they can get away with treating people poorly. I represent an LLC that is purchasing properties in Carson City, and had hoped that Carson McFadden would continue to manage the purchased properties. However, the condition of the purchased property had safety code violations, among many other issues and the tenants were woefully unhappy with this mgmt co. I won't ever work with RCM or Carson McFadden. Inept, and unacceptable.
