Heidi Rogers was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. We purchased at a crazy time for the lender/appraisal industry, and in a very competitive market. Heidi consistently followed through on promises, was very responsive to my inquiries, and had a nice calming mannerism (which I greatly appreciated). We were out of the area that we were purchasing in and Heidi went above and beyond helping us with little things, like letting the carpet installers in, arranging window replacements, etc. I would definitely use Heidi again and would recommend her to my family and friends. Before listing my ocean view lot for sale, I spoke with several realtors. Heidi was easily the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful person I encountered. She was easy to communicate with, replied to any questions promptly, and knew so much about the area and properties. She produced excellent comparable sales in the area, explained everything clearly, and was very easy to work with. The property sold at a great price, and we felt we were treated well from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Heidi Rogers did a fantastic job selling my vacation home. This was challenging for many reasons, owner resided out of town, property was a working property with frequent guests making showings tricky. Like many coastal homes, some repairs were needed and Heidi was such a big help in every way. Add in that this was a 1031 exchange sale to add to the confusion and difficulty. All in all I am very pleased with Heidi and the team equity group and highly recommend them.
