Heidi Schaffnit

Heidi is a native of Colorado who grew up in a small farming community in Northeastern Colorado where trust and strong values were of utmost importance. She moved to the Denver area in 1983 where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, moving to the Evergreen/Conifer area in 1995. Heidi began her real estate career in 1998, working for a top-producing team as a Closing Coordinator and then a Buyer's Agent. She was the Rookie of the Year Recipient in 2001 after she made the move to become an Independent Broker Associate. Heidi believes in continual education and has obtained her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), her CMAS (Certified Mountain Area Specialist) designations and is nearly finished with her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
