We first contacted Helen in 2015 when we were interested in finding a home in the DFW market. We weren't sure where to start or what we were really looking for in the beginning, but she was patient as we began to narrow down our taste in homes and then more selectively hunt. We dropped out of the home hunt for a year, but then contacted her in late 2016 with a serious purchase plan in place. She helped eliminate fruitless time-wasting looking at homes that were not what we were looking for and, a couple of months in to the hunt, helped us locate the home and neighborhood that met our expectations.
