Helen - now that the closing of my home is complete, I wanted to write a brief note to express not only my gratitude, but amazement with your process and dedication to my best interests.When I first met you, I previously had 2 different realtors who had extensive and accomplished resumes. I was dissatisfied with how they kept their commitments and with how they seemed to lose interest in marketing my home after they secured the listing. So, when I began looking for a new realtor, I decided to interview 6 new candidates; I wanted each to explain their marketing strategy and how it was different than other realtors. I also wanted someone who had a long sustained successful track record of selling homes similar to mine. Well, when I tried to schedule you to visit our home, you told me were unavailable on the day I suggested because you had several closings scheduled. BOOM that was the perfect thing for me to hear because it showed me you were having success in a down market. And when you did visit us, you were so easy to speak with and your observations and input were practical, pragmatic and unique to what we heard from the other 5 realtor candidates. We signed with you on a Saturday; you arranged for photography later the same day (and the overhead photos via drone were so impactful they must be mentioned), we approved the script on Sunday; you listed it Monday. 6 days later we had our first and only showing and on the 8th day we had a signed contract. And we closed 2 months after we listed. A simply amazing timeline considering the current market. And during the 2 months between listing and closing, you checked in with us at least once a week; you kept us grounded throughout the inspection and financing processes and not once did we ever feel lost or unaware of next steps. Helen I know success requires a strong team and you do indeed have a lot of supporting members; the attorney you selected, your husband, your office staff. They were all outstanding in their own way. But every team needs a leader; to set direction, to stay the course and to know how to overcome the unexpected and you did that.So, from the bottom of our collectives hearts, THANK YOU Helen. You helped us realize our dream and I have told every one of our friends about you in case they ever need a great realtor. As Tina Turner once sang youre the best!

From the moment we met Helen we knew that buying our new condo was going to be a wonderful experience. Helen presents herself in a very professional manner but with something extra. My sale was not your average sale. I had a number of extenuating circumstances that made my deal difficult. Helen dealt with those circumstances and brought the deal to a successful close. My house had been on the market off and on for over two years with two different agents of one of the big area firms. The results: open houses where one person came, regular recommendations to lower the price (which they guided me to set in the first place), showings where I got no feedback.I finally fired them and hired Helen. The first thing she told me is this is the price you need to be at if you want to sell the house. I gulped a little, but I could live with that number if it really sold. So we put it on the market. 4 days later, I had an offer, a good offer. 4 days.
