Helen was one of the best choices my wife and I made when shopping for a house a couple of years back. We had looked for a home with her and we put an offer in on a place that we really loved. Well, being first time home buyers, we were not prepared for everything that needed to be done. After Helen walked us through all the paperwork, our offer was declined. The feeling of loss was so great that we decided to just rent the rest of our lives. Helen was very understanding and just told her to give her a call if we changed our minds. About two months later, we decided to give it another try. We called Helen and she showed us 22 houses over the next two days! She took the time to answer every question and we leaned heavily on her expert opinion when it came to neighborhoods, schools, and nearby parks etc. She answered late night phone calls after our offer was put in, and continues to be an awesome source for referrals (contractors for remodeling) and general housing advice. We love our house, it was the perfect starter home and My wife and I recommend Helen to anyone looking for a realtor. We are looking forward to our next home buying experience with her!
