If we could give Henna 10 stars, we would! After 25 wonderful years in Bergen County, we decided to downsize and relocate to warmer climates. We had some hurdles to overcome our roof needed replacing, our inground pool needed a liner, some of our systems were aging, to name a few. Being newly retired, we just didnt have the kind of cash available to make all the expensive fixes buyers expected to complete a sale. HENNA WAS BRILLIANT! She introduced us to the Caldwell Banker Revitalize program which helps sellers fund the fixes that are impeding a sale. When the home inspection process proved to be a challenge, Henna recommended we offer the Caldwell Banker home warranty, a minimal cost at closing compared to the tens of thousands of dollars it can cost to fix or replace big ticket items. When two buyers bailed on us last minute, we lost months recovering and relisting. We were devastated. Henna was there to cheer us on and to reassure us that she would sell our home regardless AND SHE DID! Through it all, we laughed, we cried, we solved problems, we became fast friends and we SOLD OUR HOUSE FOR TOP DOLLAR! Henna is a class act and a seasoned pro. Shes kind but effective and never wavered during the grueling process of selling our life's home and transitioning to retirement. Go with Henna, you wont be disappointed!

Buying or selling a house is an intimidating process for almost everyone. I knew it was extremely important to find the best realtor to guide me and to plow through the enormous amount of logistical details associated with moving. Henna Abbassi has many clients but always made me feel like she was sitting by her phone, waiting for my call or text. She usually has the answer to my question, but when she doesn't, she's resourceful enough to get one right away. When I purchased my new home, she stopped a bidding war right at the onset--I still marvel at that! She also sold my home for more than 90% of the original asking price, and she accomplished that in six weeks! This proves how well she knows the market value of a home.
