In 2018, after major surgery and facing a protracted period of recovery from a foot amputation, I realized I could no longer live alone in my three bedroom home. My family had space for me so, gratefully, I got the care I needed. But now my house was uninhabited but full of furniture and personal items I had been forced to leave. Also, I had been ill for a long time and had been unable to keep up with normal maintenance. My family recommended Rob Henderson as the realtor who could best manage my issues. His performance exceeded my expectations. He worked with me and, along with help from my family members, arranged for and got quotes from all the necessary contractors to put my home on the market. The house sold on the first day listed.

As a single woman, living alone, I had a great deal of deferred maintenance required in my home of 17 years when I decided to sell in 2018. Fortunately Rob Henderson was my realtor. First he hired, at his cost, a home inspection company to do a pre-home inspection so that we would know what to expect when inspected by a buyer. He then arranged for competent and very professional contractors, (i.e. landscaper, electrician, plumber, painters and flooring) to correct all the deficiencies found. He then got me quotes from each, and after my agreement, scheduled them and checked them all for completeness. I dont know how I might have managed to get all that accomplished, at a reasonable cost and on schedule without his professionalism and competence. I will always be grateful to Rob Henderson for his help.

No doubt the most professional and personable realtor in the state. He was able to sell our rural property during a slow market and for all cash! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with; always responded promptly to emails and calls, consulted with us on the merits of each offer as they came in, and held out for an offer we were happy to accept. Mr. Henderson is the best real estate agent that I have worked with. In purchasing this home, I had a very tight time deadline, some handicap access issues, and very little inventory of homes for sale. Mr. Henderson was able to narrow the MLS search so that we only looked at homes that would work with my requirements which saved many hours of time and reduced frustration. Every time I had questions or concerns, Mr. Henderson answered them immediately. He kept a schedule of the deadlines for the purchasing process and followed up and made sure those deadlines were meant. This took much of the stress out of the purchasing process. He also has a wonderful network of contractors and vendors who care and are very professional. I used many of them as I needed movers, locksmith, cleaners, etc. I will work with him again if I need a real estate agent.

Rob Helped my wife and I purchase a property that closed in November, over the past 6 years, we have bought and sold 7 properties, and the work that Rob provided for us was by far the best. Mr. Rob Henderson is the most moral, conscientious, hard working and successful realtor Ive even had in my almost 24 years of buying & selling my homes. His honesty is above reproach. We were unable to sell our rental property over a period of 7 years before we were introduced to Rob. His strategy and detailed attention to its implementation got it sold in just a few months. However, the buyers situation changed the day before closing and Rob facilitated an 18 month rental with contract to buy that allowed us to financially keep that house. During those 18 months, Mr. Henderson kept on top of the property (we lived out of town) and without compensation, arranged for required maintenance on the property as well as keeping track of and reminding all parties of the upcoming purchase date and requirements. The renters broke their contract and Rob kept the reins and foundnew buyers. There were many contractual requirements that he arranged and negotiated (we were then out of state) even scheduling emergency repairs and restoration for a broken water pipe (THE NIGHT BEFORE THE CLOSING) and his communication with the buyers is what permitted the sale to go through. He has turned down all offers of compensation for all his Above and Beyond actions humbly saying it was just part of his job.
