Holland Espolt

First off let me start off by saying Holland Espolt is a great realtor! She had an open house for 1 weekend at my previous house in Oak Hills ca, my house came back with 3 offers and was in escrow in the first 2 weeks of being on the market. She also helped us buy our new home in Fontana,ca . We viewed and put offers on multiple houses until we found the perfect one. Till this day we get cards in the mail for holidays :)

Holland Espolt is the best realtor around! Holland stayed so professional, was on the ball and completely flexible with every bump that we ran into. She is a phenomenal realtor and I would highly encourage everyone to sell their home with Holland. Holland had our Hemet, CA home sold within days of speaking with her the first time. Her team took incredible photos of the home. Could not be more pleased with how she does business!

Hollands assistance with buying our first home was very much appreciated. She was always available and flexible with our schedules. When she was not her partner Kaitlynn would step up. The two of them would always answer our questions in a timely manner. They were very professional and approachable. We walked through many houses until one finally met all of our needs.

Holland Espolt is a stellar agent and assisted us in finding and purchasing our forever home. She helped to make this transition easier with all the purchasing details involved. She was prompt in every issue we dealt with and we recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She Is a qualified professional but down to earth type of realtor. This review is long overdue. Holland is not only an amazing realtor, she's a great friend and babysitter. You see we brought our baby with us to all the showings and Holland tended to her and even fed her a bottle so we could peacefully look through the houses. We had a hard time finding a home and lost out on a lot of homes and gave up hope, but Holland never did. She continued to look for us until we found the perfect house. Our sale with our condo went smoothly and we are happy in our new home, in a safer neighborhood with a backyard for our daughter!

Met Holland through someone who knew I was in the market for a home. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen turn of events that halted my search. Important to note that it was three years later when I renewed my quest and immediately I thought of Holland, reason being although three years had passed I continued to receive periodic notes and messages from Holland for holidays or just words of encouragement. That really resonated with and kept her in mind. Once we starting working together I realized she was sent to me from above, there was’t a question she didn’t answer; no concern that wasn’t addressed and the information was shared on a constant flow. She offered more than I could ask for or more than I knew to ask. Thanks Holland, for just being you, you are awesome!!!

Holland was remarkably diligent on making sure that our experience buying a short term rental was an easy and smooth transition. I will never buy another property from anyone other than Holland Espolt.

She is an amazing person we were so lucky to have her as our agent. she helped us throughout everything step, helped us with everything we didn’t know showed us so many houses until we found what we were looking for she even gave us great advices. No one can be a better agent then her.

My wife and I were house hunting since January with another agent, needless to say the market was and still is a sellers market. No one took our offers serious. We would bid 10 thousand to 15 thousand over the asking price just to have a chance to get the house. So after months of not getting anywhere we decided to switch Realtors, and we found Holland. What can we even say!? Not enough about Holland. My bf and I just starting to dip our toes into the market, and reached out to the listing agent of the first house we thought we were in love with. (Not Holland) damn. Right then we realized what a huge mistake we were already making. It felt like we were begging for attention, and the realtor didn’t want to extend any help or information. Along with their lender. This was a huge mistake from the beginning because Holland, being a friend of mine, had always given me advice, and always answered any questions I had had before I was officially ready to buy a home. So our tail tucked between our legs, we went “home” to Holland lol. Immediately she made us feel helped, and sent us homes to look at that might our criteria. She introduced us to Modern Team Lending, and we immediately fell in love with their professionalism as well. Holland took us on home tours, made sure someone was able to take us, when she was unavailable, and always kept in contact! She even got us gifts! I’m telling you. 🤗. Then we found our perfect home. The listing agent fell in with Holland, and then with us, and she helped us score our perfect, literal, dream home. Offers prior weren’t excepted, and she always said “just wait. This one wasn’t it. It’s coming.” Boy was she right. We are so grateful to Holland and her lending team. They made our first home buying process A BREEZE. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family. For real.
