I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Holli Clem and her team on the sale of our house. The team is so knowledgeable and made valuable suggestions re: what needed to be done in order to sell the house in a timely fashion. We ended up moving to our new location prior to selling our house. The team was invaluable re: helping us deal with inspections/repairs when we were not able to be present. Holli's professionalism, patience and optimism made the home sale experience so much more enjoyable than it would have normally been.
