Holli Smith is truly top-notch in every way. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to friends! :) She looked out for our best interest at every turn, going above and beyond more than once. She even helped locate our warranty paperwork almost a year later when we had a plumbing concern and didn't know where to turn. She's the best!

I've bought and sold a number of homes over the years and Holli is my favorite realtor. Our last home was on the market for a year with no serious offers. The house was in good shape and similar to other homes in the area, but Holli studied comparable sales and suggested a few changes to make the house more competitive in the current market. Making those changes and listing again with her professional photos of our properly staged home resulted in an offer at my asking price after only two showings. There are a lot more details involved in a home sale than most people realize. But Holli was very knowledgeable of those details and meticulous with the contract work. She represented us very well in the negotiation of contract terms, timing, and closing of the sale. Through it all, Holli was definitely on our side. She stayed on top of the entire process, and worked closely with the buyer's agent to overcome some obstacles that arose and made sure they met their obligations in a timely fashion. This sale and closing could not have gone better.

Holli was exceptional. She went above and beyond what I expected in a realtor. Due to Covid-19 we had some additional challenges with downsizing and Holli was always there with advice and suggestions. Thanks Holli for all you did to sell our home.
