Holly was raised in Charlotte and attended UNCC. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 1995, she began a career in the homebuilding industry selling new homes. She joined the Simonini team in 2007 and was the sales manager for the neighborhood and homes featured in HomeArama for the Charlotte Home Builders Association in 2010. She is a member of the Charlotte Region Realtor Association and a life time member of the Charlotte Homebuilders Association. Holly and her husband Brian live in Mooresville with their 2 children. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, and boating on Lake Norman.
