My job is to facilitate the smoothest real estate transaction possible. Buying or selling a home are both life changing events. I’m here to assist my clients through the maze of ever changing policies, loan programs and markets. I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I still thrive on a new challenge. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. I spent the part of my career on the “appraisal” side of the business both appraising single family residences and managing appraisers. After moving to the REO side of the industry it was a natural progression to transition to the sales side.
