Holly Thomas-Mowery

It was pure chance that Holly was the realtor that answered a cold question from me through the listing on Realtor.com. After several attempts at finding a realtor I felt comfortable with and thought he/she would be as detailed as I would expect from a realtor, Holly hit the mark immediately. I had already attended an open house and knew I wanted the property, but as with all large financial decisions, I had to ponder. Luckily Holly spent the time to get as much information from the selling agent and found out that offers were only going to be accepted for a short amount of time, as it was a hot property. Once I was ready to pull the trigger, poor Holly had less than 5 hours to put together an offer. She dropped everything and made it happen. Once my offer was accepted, she was in constant contact with me throughout the closing process, and went to bat for me with the seller when my lending company was not performing and caused delays to the closing date. We finally closed and I am in the perfect horse property thanks to Holly and Ron
