Howard has a lot of experience and knowledge of the process. He was very easy to work with. One of his best attributes was his availability. He always made himself available for calls.

Well for starters if anyone has had the opportunity to purchase a home from overseas without physically meeting an agent or seeing the home you know it can be stressful. Howard made it seem less and was consistently giving us updates and valuable feed back on homes and the area. He took the time to work with my parents to show them the home we wanted. Howard had outstanding knowledge of the city and the market. He was able to arrange all the repairs/reconditioning for me since I was either working overseas or at home several states away. The entire process was seamless and quick. Ideal for a long-distance landlord selling rental property.
