We loved working with Kerrianne! I am not at all surprised she earned the designation "Rising Star." She is prompt and respectful, always at the ready to answer questions, even the most mundane. I feel that she is very honest when she deals with clients, other agents or institutions like title companies or lawyers. What an amazing negotiator she is! She couldn't take our needs or concerns more seriously. I trust her and recommend her without the slightest hesitation.

Kerrianne is THE BEST. I dont write reviews and I dont recommend people unless they really deserve it and wont let me down. Kerrianne is THAT person. She does not mess around and works extremely hard. Want to see a house? Give her five minutes notice (haha) and shell get you in it! Annoying sellers/sellers realtor? She communicates with them so you dont have to! You need a realtor who communicates effectively and replies within seconds and this is her. We wouldnt be in our dream home right now if it wasnt for Kerrianne! BEST BEST BEST EVER!!

Kerrianne was extremely easy to work with from start to finish. My case was a little different since I was coming out of state to look at properties. She had a game plan for our planned day and didn't waste any of our time. The day ended with a sale because she knew just what we were looking for.Her communication before and after has been outstanding as well. I can't say enough good things about her. Kerrianne helped myself and my boyfriend find a townhome to purchase in early 2019 and she earned EVERY one of those 5 stars. This was our first home and we were not sure it was not even possible in our situation (with me being a student) and yet she made every effort to make sure that we not only got a house, but got one we LOVE. We had no idea what the process was like and she had packets for us and answered every question we had within minutes. Even when she was out of the country she managed to work on our contract which blew us away.
