OK everybody.... I found the BEST real estate agent in the area! Much respect to Howard Flaschen from Round Table Realty and he is da bomb! I am LOVING Jacksonville so far. Got a lot accomplished and looking forward to being a Floridian!!

Howard Flaschen and Keith Francis make customer service their highest priority. They always kept me informed of every necessary detail involved in the purchase of our home, and they were quick to come up with solutions to any problems that arose. During a normally stressful time, I felt at ease knowing our home and our contract were in good handstheir reliability was reassuring. Though always professional, our working relationship with Howard and Keith never felt businesslike or impersonal. I truly enjoyed working with them.

Howard was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in trying to help put us in the right home for us. He even went to bat for us to get more floor plan options for our dollar. In the end we ended up getting all the options we wanted for several thousands less than the appraised value.

After having such a pleasant experience on the RoundTable website, we met up with Howard to see what Jacksonville had to offer us. We went from contract to closing on an FHA mortgage in just over a month! With Howard's past construction experience, he isn't afraid to point out houses with potentially troublesome floorplans, structural money pits, etc. He learns your personal tastes and individual needs to the point where he actually knows what you need better than you do. He's a true consultant of his trade, and not simply a yes-man with MLS access that are so common these days. Round Table is a fresh, alternative re-imagining of an industry dominated by technologically-challenged hucksters.

We would like to thank Howard Flaschen for his impeccable service. His background in real estate as well as building construction puts him many notches above the average realtor. He was ALWAYS very responsive to calls, emails, and texts. He made himself extremely available (which helped us so much because of our hectic schedules). Working with Round Table Realty and Howard has been.... almost fun. He's made it as painless as a first time homebuying experience can be. He was there to answer our questions anytime, from 7 o'clock in the morning to when my fiancee would text him with an urgent question at 11:30 at night. Today we're closing and he actually caught a mistake on the closing papers which saved us about $250. When we're ready to rent our current house or we're ready to upgrade to a new house we'll definitely look up Howard and Round Table Realty.

I have known Howard for about 10 years, and in that time, I have witnessed his passion and enthusiasm for his work, and never more so than when he co-founded Roundtable Realty. So, when my husband and I decided that we were ready to begin the search for a new home, Howard was the obvious choice for our realtor. Beyond our personal relationship, we trusted his experience and knowledge of the Jacksonville real estate market, and he did not let us down. Our search for a new home began over a year before we actually found the house that we ended up purchasing, and Howard was incredibly patient, letting us search at our own pace, but also available to us every step of the way.
