Hristo helped me purchase my house in Santa Barbara in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, when the market was so competitive that we had to beat 15 other offers. He did great during price negotiations and stayed on top of every little detail until close of escrow. He is knowledgeable and dependable, and I would work with him again.

He took so much time showing us house after house after house (and sometimes the same house multiple times), and was always where he said he was going to be when he said he was going to be there. He was very honest about his expertise, and worked very well with his partners so they each assisted us at their strengths. We definitely learned that not all agents are as smart and competent as Hristo and his team (in our process, we got to know many other realtors) and we were always grateful that we felt we were on the strong, capable side.
