- Hsueh Hua and I connected, but did no business
Her American name is JOANNA. First of all Joanna (Hseuh) responded 2 weeks after I left a message. We planned a specific time to view a condo I was interested in. I got there a bit early to check out the outside of the property. It was right at rush hour so I waited 20 minutes after the arranged meeting time to contact her to see if she was STILL COMING to show me the property. I called 4 TIMES, LEFT 1 MESSAGE, AND TEXTED HER. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I would have understood if she was going to be later than planned but this woman never even made an attempt to contact me. I was waiting in my car in the HEAT for 30 MINUTES. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not recommend JOANNA (Hsueh) TRAN to anyone. JOANNA (Hsueh) wasted my time and was unapologetic about her behavior.There are SO MANY realtors in the Houston area that avoiding her services should not be a problem.
