My background is in IT Engineer at an Oil and Gas company. I believe that financial freedom can be achieved by using proper leverage technique and a strong foundation of financial education. Thanks to Real Estate Investing, I was able to produce enough passive cash flow and quit my job as of Feb 2017. I graduated college at the time some people call it "bad time to get out of school". I saw nothing bad but golden opportunity to acquire single family home at a discount rate and rent it out for decent cash flow, move in good families into houses, and help revitalize the neighborhood.
