I highly recommend this team if you are looking to buy or sell. They were very patient with me and my time table in selling my home. When I was ready to go to market they sold it in 8 DAYS! The open house was a success and I received multiple offers. Im currently using them again to find my new home. What impressed me the most is their use of technology, theyre definitely right at the curve when it comes to using technical tools to market your home.

The entire staff was amazing. We were in constant contact with them the entire process. They resolved any issues that came about as expected. This allowed us to focus on our move rather than worrying about the sale. Highly recommended.

Everything about the transaction was smooth, responsiveness was super fast anytime I had a question. As a seller I was comforted in knowing Ian (my rep) was filtering out the nonsense offers and providing feedback to the other realtor on how to make an offer both parties would go for. I had my house up for sale with another agent for 7 months and got nowhere.
