Ian gained experience with Bank Owned Brokerages Merit Realty and Atlantic and Pacific Realty (Now Carrington) from 2008-2012 during the finincial crisis.
Starwood Waypoint Homes brought Ian to Colorado in 2014 where he oversaw the Aquisition and Construction of Single-Family Homes into performing rentals. Ian developed a Portfolio of close to 1000 homes for a publicly traded hedge fund.
