Ian has been nothing short of 5-stars. We started the process looking at houses for my parents. My lady and I chatted a little bit about how I was paying $2000/mo in rent. He asked why we didnt buy a house instead and mentioned the price could be around the same as apartment rent. When we did further research we found out he was right. But being 21 we didnt think it was possible to get approved for a loan. He referred us to an excellent company that we ended up using. Lawton was very responsive in the whole process and didnt apply any pressure to us AT ALL. Now my lady and I own a beautiful home in Puyallup and we couldnt be happier thanks to Ian!

Ian and his team at Edmonds Home Team served as property management company for a home we rented in Seattle. We have been homeowners for over 20 years before deciding to cash in on the absurd market and selling to move on to the next house. In the meantime, we became renters again. There were a few issues with the rental house and Ian's team handled them all perfectly. Great responsiveness and customer service. When the water was unexpectedly shut off due to a billing problem, the Edmonds Home Team went above and beyond the call of duty by making sure that an otherwise very unpleasant and potentially confrontational situation was managed with professionalism and care that showed their commitment to the work they do.
