WOW, I cannot imagine a better resource to work with when buying or selling a home. We first met Ian out of pure luck by requesting to see a house from Zillow and he was assigned to assist. Fast forward three months later we are in our new home, sold two houses along the way, and are exceptionally happy with the process. Ian is exceptionally responsive, very detail oriented/thorough, as well as extremely knowledgeable. He is honest, upfront, and very professional. He represented us well and always worked to do what was best for us through the process. Ian discussed and shared a strong knowledge of the area (for us we primarily focused in Middlesex county). He clearly answered any questions we had and helped us understand what we needed to know for the various homes (examples: Well/septic vs city water/sewer; oil vs gas; property location and value; school zones; etc) Overall we found Ian to be the most critical and crucial person we engaged with throughout our sale and purchase of a new home. He was always supportive, professional, and responsive. He was never pushy or pressured us to move quicker, we felt he was more of a friend than a realtor.
