Ida Bear

We bought a home while selling our home with Ida. Ida was wonderful. I cannot imagine a better agent. I have posted a recommendation on my Facebook page encouraging others to utilize Ida if they are in need of selling or buying a house.

Ida was literally perfect. She was a complete stranger when I called her and by the time we closed I felt like I was related to her. It really was incredible. I would recommend Ida to my own parents.

Ida is an excellent realtor. We were first time home buyers, with no idea on what to do. She is a very knowledgeable realtor. She helped us find a house, even though we were all the way on the other side of the country, she sent us videos and we were able to video chat while she was visiting the houses. While our plans changed dramatically, we werent able to continue with our house purchase, due to other unforeseen military circumstances. She was fast and quick at responding and messaging back. Were hoping to get stationed in Washington again, and will definitely be using Ida, for our future house purchase.

My wife and I have worked with Ida on more than one occasion, both as buyers and sellers. She has always been amazing. Not only does she have extensive knowledge, she is an absolute work horse. If any problem ever comes up during the buying/selling process she always kept us informed and worked with us to try and find a solution. Both time we sold with her we made much more than we expected. My wife and I are moving out of state but if anyone is interested in buying or selling in the Kitsap area, Ida's name will be the first I recommend every time.
