Ijaz Bashir

As a first time buyer, Mr. Bashir was very knowledgeable about the housing process, market, and values. He showed up to each property prepared with comps and familiarity with the house. He did his research and really came through.

Where can I start and end about Ijaz Bashir? Words here simply cannot justify the service he provided. Simply put - the best realtor in all of Texas! My wife and I are extremely happy with the whole process of getting our dream home. Ijaz has a prolific knowledge of the current complexities of the Real Estate Industry, understood our needs for our family and applied that towards finding our dream home, and lastly went above and beyond in providing full support end to end of purchasing a home. Even if we had the smallest of concerns, he addressed it and followed up on it till that concern was no more! I can provide many examples of his superior service, feel free to email me at afirasath@gmail.com. And one additional comment about this whole Covid pandemic, as it created a unique sellers market in DFW in early 2021, as not enough homes were on the market. Our original plan was to rent for 1 year in DFW and look at homes when living in DFW. However, Ijaz was able to provide video conference viewings and provided his honest feedback on the homes he showed while we lived in our Chicago home. Once it came time to inspection of the home, we made our trip to DFW to view the home in person. I highly recommend Ijaz Bashir of Fifty Star Realty to all my family and friends.

Ijaz was very helpful when buying a home. He went to many different cities we requested and he was always responsive. Great to have had him as our realtor.

Ijaz Bashir is very helpful, knowledgeable and has excellent professional ethics. He took time to understand our unique needs and help us find the right house. He was able to setup appointments very quickly and showed up at the walk through equipped with all the necessary information about the house and even the neighborhood. Moreover, he pointed out any issues with the property visually during the visit. He provided us great advice and overall he is very deligent and very easy to work with. Thank you Ijaz for providing a great experience.

Ijaz Bashir is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.

Ijaz Bashir is an excellent realtor. He has great knowledge of the market, is a skilled negotiator, works well under pressure, and he delivers. He's handled 2 transactions for me now, and both times his attention to detail and his vigilance have made crucial differences in the outcomes.

Brother Ijaz helped us a lot to get the property. He is very proactive and went to the houses on time to show us virtually as we were not local. He is very experienced and thorough with the localities in DFW area and gave his true opinion and never pushed to buy any property unless we are fully satisfied. He worked very close with us like a family member from start to finish and provided personal attention. He was also able to negotiate a good deal with the sellers during the purchase. Very happy amd satisfied to work with brother Ijaz.
