During the first month, several agents were unsuccessfully assisting us in our search for a home (offering homes that were out of their price range, wrong area, completely different home parameters).. Ilona has been our agent to sell our house. During the process (with us putting a house on a market and taking it off three times as we were trying to figure out our options for our next house), she remained very patient, very involved, responsive and professional. She acted in our best interests even at some cost for her (at least as I could see it). Thanks to her advise after taking us to multiple open houses she advised that she saw that our best option was to build as opposed to buying a house.
