I hired Imran and his team on 2/18/17 and the very next day a cleaning and staging crew were at the house performing their miracles. Signed a contract on 3/20/17 and closed on 4/27/17!!!! What else can I say? When we decided to sell our home we interviewed several agents. When I met Imran he was not only professional, but he seemed to really have a command of the industry, which is rather important to me.He looked at the home and gave us an indication of what it coul.d sell for in its current state, and made some recommendations on what it could sell for if we went ahead and did these renovations. It wasnt a lot of money so we decided to go ahead and do it and he advised us as to what he believes he could sell the house for with those renovations. He also showed us that it would be done within 45 days. The actual end results were even better than that. The house sold for slightly higher than what he was committed to us for, and it sold in less than 24 days. We had 27 people go through the house in the first week alone.
