Inessa Shahinyan

The worst realtor to deal with. Inessa Shahinyan served as the agent for the seller of whom I was purchasing the home. All through the process, Inessa was slow to respond and continually messed up the paperwork (different forms had to be redone multiple times due to her mistakes and failure to follow through). In addition, she would be argumentative about home inspection issues without even bothering to check for herself. She also attempted to begin fixes on the home despite the fact that the paperwork submitted clearly stated to respond in writing rather than do any work. The icing on the cake however, was when she allowed the seller to remove the washer and dryer, and other fixtures, even though it was in the contract as part of the sale. I DO NOT recommend working with this woman whether you are buying or selling.
