Ingrid was extremely responsive to our many questions throughout the house-shopping process. Her ability to be flexible with scheduling visits made it easy for us to see all of the homes on our list. She was also extremely patient with us as we asked to see several houses within a 20 mile radius (in the freezing cold). We also really appreciated how honest Ingrid was about what we were looking at, who we were dealing with and what to avoid when purchasing a home. Not only did she help us find our new home, but she also helped us get our townhouse rented. She assisted us with getting it ready to be listed and continued to check in to see how the renter was doing even after they moved in. We highly recommend Ingrid to anyone looking to buy or list!

Ingrid was absolutely great! She always made time for us and even rearranged her schedule a few times to accommodate our schedule when showing us homes. After having been through many realtors who did not wish to help me understand what to look for in a home or help guide me through the process, I happened to find Ingrid. Ingrid understood what I needed to know about the buying process and needed to know about the overall process. Ingrid helped me through a few set backs and attempted to fix some of the issues on her own. Ingrid always made time to help me look for houses and answer questions. Ingrid was always polite and professional even when I was frustrated.

We looked at almost 100 houses and she always was optimistic we would fine the one even we thought we wouldn't find it.she dealt with our crazy schedules fitting us in at moments notice.
