Irene was fantastic to work with. From our first phone call and initial home investigation, she listened to us, worked with us and was patient with us. Even when we decided to slow the process down, Irene was very kind and followed up with us. When we wanted to get back out and start the house hunting agin, she was on top of everything and helped us to find our home. We contacted Irene about a house on Zillow that didnt work out for us but she took up the task to show us ones that fit our budget, our family, and in better areas than we could find from across the country. Despite the 3 hour time difference, she was always available to answer the phone and advise us if a problem cropped up. She would go out and inspect houses for us and give us honest feedback on what was good or what could be improved on. Once we found the house of our dreams, she fought to make sure we got it for the right price and even managed to get us in a few days early so we could have our first holiday in our new house following such a big move.
