Working with Irene Tanis is like working with family but in a positive way! The first time you meet her you can't help but feel like you've known her for a long time. She is very easy going but at the same time she is on top of the comings and goings of the real estate market. She listens very carefully, asks thorough questions and makes you feel (and know) that she is the right choice to sell your home! And she does just that! We listed our home and in 2 weeks it sold! Irene originally sold the property to my parents back in 1992 and when it came time to sell her home, Mom recommended contacting Irene. I was go glad she did. Irene, and her office assistant, Kylie, were above and beyond helpful in handling all the little details and in giving local insight of where to go for things that needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market. Being I live in Atlanta and was handling the sale from a distance, the knowledge Irene had was invaluable. Irene was very kind and understanding throughout the process and made it as smooth as it could possibly be. We landed up selling in 6 days in the middle of January - something I didn't think was going to be possible and we got more than we expected for the house.
