Irene Woods

Real Estate has been my passion since I was a young girl. I loved houses. When I entered the University of San Jose, I chose to focus on business and real estate. Soon after graduation I was licensed first as an agent in 1977 and then as a Broker in 1980. My career has included many specializations from residential real estate sales, listings, property management and appraisals to relocation, short sales and foreclosures. I am the Broker/Owner of Regency Real Estate-- a boutique office located at Carlton Plaza. I work with professionalism, integrity and knowledge to assure that my client needs are met and exceeded.
