Irina helped a lot with the purchase of our lot. She showed us many different lots and houses and explained the pros and cons of each based on our needs. When our bank did not want to give us a lone for the land we chose, she was able to find a bank that could accommodate our needs. Another benefit that she was able to provide that was a huge help to us was that she is bilingual. She helped translate and explained the documentation. She is readily available and we never had a problem in reaching her. She chose a reliable and easy way to sign documents thought the internet. Irina is a well educated realtor who we had a pleasure of having business with.

Irina helped me find a property I wanted, got me in contract and negotiated a good price. She took care of the entire process and dealt with my lender for me. Upon investigating the permits for the property, I decided not to move forward with it. Irina was able to pull me out of contract without penalties or fees.
