I actually didnt plan to sell or hire a realtor. I was merely educating myself on the market conditions and stopped by an open house in my area to see listing and price. I plan to relocate in the Carolinas in a couple years.irina and I talked and I had mentioned if you get price that was listed on her clients house for her to see my property and suggest the best way to maximize my value. 4-5 months later she listed, staged the house a bit and we accepted an offer. I could have waited another 1 1/2 years but I took advantage of Irinas knowledge suggestions and of course sellers market. She fully represented my interests and always said her job was to get the most money in my pocket with her suggestions ideas and marketing. She always said Of Course and was always available. It has been a pleasure having her represent me and keep the process smooth. She will be a huge addition to the Hunt Team!!!
