Ivan Blanco

We strongly recommend Ivan Blanco with your real estate needs, selling or buying. Ivan Blanco made the intimidating process of selling our home of 12 years smooth and easy. Ivan was very informative through out the process. He was easily accessible. His response time to any questions we may have had was fast, even if it was late night. He was knowledgeable and honest, if potential buyers had comments or questions he was forthcoming and honest even if he thought it wasnt what we wanted to hear. He gave us great advice, from listing price, to counter offers, etc. It really was a pleasure dealing with him, even when we were being a bit over bearing. He was not pushy at all. Most importantly, our home sold relatively fast and everything g went smooth. No surprises. Strongly recommend Ivan.

My family and I wouldnt be in our new home if it wasnt for Ivan. He is knowledgeable, informative, professional, and most of all cares about his clients. Most agents do not go above and beyond they just want to make a sale however Ivan truly looks out for his clients. He fights for you and makes sure youre getting the best deal with no regrets. Get yourself an agent like Ivan who does their research on your investment and that communicates with you every step of the way. When your agent becomes your friend you know theyre as genuine as they come.

Ivan is THE MOST knowledgeable and reliable realtor. My husband and I feel that we wouldn't have found our new home if it weren't for Ivan. It was our first time purchasing a condo and Ivan did not hesitate to answer the millions of questions we had. Every step of the way he made us feel safe and in control. I cannot recommend him enough and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
