Ivan Henrickson

Ivan is the right agent for buying or selling your home. Both experiences were successful and stress free with Ivan as our realtor. He knows how to humbly advise as well as suggest for the betterment of you and your family's investment. He is willing to go the extra mile to make the process work for you.

Ivan was instrumental in helping us navigate the purchase of our “forever” home. He was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any pertinent information relating to our purchase. On top of that, it was obvious to us that ivan was a genuinely good guy and had our best interests at heart.

Ivan was the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Not only did he do an excellent job listing and quickly selling our home for a much higher price then we could have expected. But he found us the perfect home to downsize to and we are very happy with the home. I would recommend Ivan without hesitation to anyone who might ask me if I know I good realtor to help them sell our buy a home. Ivan is top notch.

Ivan is a great Realtor to work with. He's always available when you call. He helped me sell one home and buy another. I will be using him for any future real estate needs.
