Horrible. She was impatient, EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful and difficult. I would not recommend working with her in any way. If you find a property that she is listing , find out if someone can help you and if not run away!!!

Ivy was very unprofessional, does not communicate very well. Speaks broken English and when I asked her questions about the property she is listing she would tell me she didn't know the property very well. When I texted her a question about the property she would just respond with okay. Very unhappy and would never look at a property or do business with a property she was involved with.

This woman is a scam artist! She charges $110 per app fee, and then once you get the house she tells you the owners want 2 deposits! She doesn’t consult with the owner and just sets her own prices! DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS WOMAN! SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF and keep your app fee. She will attempt to leave a message in a very rude tone. She complains if you don’t answer your phone, because you’re at work. She tries to rush you into something when you’ve already asked for a day to think about it. She excels at NOTHING except being rude and pushy!

Ivy Chan is a joke! Terrible property manager who charged me $110 just to waste my time. She will ignore your phone calls, texts, and emails. She will demand documents from you (W-2 which was too early in the year. Hadn’t even gotten it from my employer yet!) within an absolutely ridiculous time frame, then deny you even though you were physically unable to provide them, which you’ve explained but never got a response! She is horrible at communicating and bad at business!!

Ivy is the property manager on 6206 meadow brook lane, Las Vegas NV 89103 which was my mother rented for three years. She decided not to renew the lease because she is not able to raise the rent. Very rude evil person, she didn’t even return my mom’s security deposit for her dogs $600 for two dogs. Making up stories that there is damages at the townhouse and decided to kept $1,600 and give my mom $120.00 back. Ivy has no heart, whatsoever, Ivy is the most disgusting person. Ivy will charge you with everything. Ivy didn’t even did walk through with mom, just hand her the key , because according to her another client is waiting fo her. My mom is senior and she needed at least half of the security deposit, Ivy make up a lot of stories for her own favor. Mom take good care of the townhouse. I would never recommend “Ivy Chan” in anything. Horrible.Disrespecful.Money Hunger.Heartless.Rude!!!
