Since our incorporation in 1984, we have been actively involved in the rehabilitation, rental management, and sale of homes, condos, and apartment buildings. Our President, James Walter Kubiesa, earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Walter has since earned the designation of Certified Property Manager, (CPM), awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a Realtor® and a member in good standing with the Chicago suburban Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. REA Properties is an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker Corporation.
Throughout our history, REA and Mr. Kubiesa have been responsible for the management and/or rehab over 700 housing units. In the last several years we have either purchased, rehabbed, leased, or sold dozens of properties. For a complete list, see our Recent Properties page.
