Patrick is definitely a five star from my experience. He helped me feel calm through what I perceived as a possibly stressful marketing situation and sale of my home, which finalized very quickly. I was pleased, not only with his professional ability, but felt I also gained a friend.I recommend Patrick wholeheartedly, without reservation.

Our need to move to South Carolina was somewhat unexpected. We found out in May that we needed to be in Delaware by July, and we both had travel plans within that period that could not be changed. I was able to come up and meet with Patrick on one weekend. What first impressed me was his ability to read quickly my level of interest in a property, and the kinds of features I was looking for in the house. What I most appreciated, however, was his making a video of the house we eventually bought because he wanted to make sure I'd be happy with it (given our need to find something quickly, but our inability to come up to find something--there wasn't a lot available, rental-wise). He also kept us well-apprised of issues as we negotiated the sale. And he gave us a lovely cutting board as a housewarming gift. Long story short, Patrick wants to make his clients happy and goes out of his way to do so. If we have to move again, he'll be the realtor.
