We have worked with Phil Faranda twice: he helped us buy our first home in 2005 (when he had to put up with 100 questions a day from me), and he helped us buy our new home just a few weeks ago. We had no intention of moving or buying another house; but when our dream house went on the market unexpectedly, Phil worked tirelessly to help us put together an offer that was ultimately successful. He supported our decisions but also made suggestions when he felt we could do better by going in another direction. We called Phil back in 2005 to help us find a house in Westchester. We wanted to move out of Manhattan and buy our first home, but had no idea where we could afford. Phil took the time to speak to us, got to know us, and recommended Peekskill. We knew nothing about Peekskill but we trusted his judgment. He helped us find a great house that led to many new friends and a real sense of community. He literally matched us up with a location that he thought would be a good fit, and he was right. Phil is kind, thoughtful, has a great sense of humor and is truly one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. We are putting our old house on the market with Phil, and I know that by working with him we'll get it sold and at a good price. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
