When I was looking for new home I signed up to have a realtor get in touch with me.. I wasn't looking for anyone in particular, was a little nervous about who might call me back, or answer my email. Then I got a call from Jack and felt i could not have gotten a better agent. Jack is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and goes above and beyond other agents. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He always answered all of my questions, even if the same ones were asked more than once. He always makes time for his clients even on short notice. Jack and Melody took care of every one of our questions and were ready to show a house whenever we were available even though we were coming in from out of state. They were both very thorough with information about the market, the neighborhoods, and all other aspects affecting our home interests. When looking at homes, they prepared a booklet that contained each home information sheet which allowed us to write notes on the sheet as we toured each home. This was so helpful when we reviewed them later. In our past experiences, after a few homes, without the notes, they all then seem to blend together. They are both very knowledgeable of the area which was very helpful because we were buying from out of state. We have purchased 8 homes, and they are our best realtor experience without question!

Jack was far and away the best realtor I have worked with. He was very prepared from our initial meeting with a book he had put together with comps and a breakdown of costs in seller's sheets (closing costs, realtor fees, etc.) so I could see what I would walk away with different sell prices - super helpful and it turned out to be highly accurate. He was very responsive, and his assistant Kirk was also extremely helpful and responsive. He hired a professional photographer, took care of posting in multiple places. He also has a great handyman that took care of a bunch of repairs before we put it on the market, and paid for it out of his fees. This was fantastic. He also took care of a fireplace repair requested by the buyer after the offer was made and paid for that out of his pocket as well. He sat with me at our signing and helped walk me through it and answered any questions I had. Just an all around great experience and I highly recommend him!

Confession: I pretty much dont like most realtors. I am a detailed person with over 30 years investing in real estate. Between oversized egos, over-promises, and weak execution, realtors have proven to me to be more concerned with themselves than their clients, and this has tainted my view. Every now and then someone comes along to restore my faith in the real estate humanity. That person is Jack Cote and the team he has assembled. Living in Texas, I have been managing my friends rental home (it was to be their retirement home until they changed their plans) in North Reno for about 10 years, while he is on an Army base in Germany. As a mental health professional, he is in a very high stress position, and adding the selling process would have been very hard on him and his wife, so I offered to handle the entire transaction for them. I researched online, read literally hundreds of reviews, and spoke with many candidates. I flew up and met with the finalists, and chose Jack. It was obvious that Jack has a service background, as he was focused on the people side as well as the end-result, and understood the uniqueness of our situation. My Mom's house had several hiccups along the way. Most notably being the fact that we had to delay the closing by 2 months (Our fault). Not only did Jack help us solve the problem by setting up a lease from the buyer for 2 months, but he also helped us coordinate all of the repairs needed after the home inspection. Jack and Melody were quick to respond whenever we needed something. I could not recommend a better team to sell a home and I cannot say how helpful they were from start to finish.
