At the end of 2018 my husband and I decided to sell our home. Jack was the first and only realtor we interviewed and we were convinced he'd be a great fit for us. Every detail and concern was a top priority. He is very responsive, highly organized and communicative. From beginning to end and everything in between he has executed every step with excellence. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Jack Klemm. He was able to sell our house within four days. When we met with him, he was very thorough about what the process would be from the number of sites it would be posted to, professional photography of the house for listing and flyers (which were amazing), detailed market analysis and listening to our needs. He is very knowledgeable about what is happening in the housing market and was always available to answer any question we had quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and I have.

"Woohoo! As good as it gets!" 5 star rating does not even come close to what a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable agent Jack is. He is always proactive, prompt, and creative. Although, there are so many things that differentiates Jack from the rest of the agents, I am only pointing out a few: 1) his ability to listen to his clients, 2) his ability to devise solutions that are practical, 3) his ability to price and market a property correctly, 4) his ability to take calculated risks to give his clients the most, 5) and most importantly his ability to make you feel that you are his only client despite how busy he is. When we were selling our house earlier this summer, there were at least a dozen similar homes in the market not moving at all. How Jack marketed our house got us 8 offers within the first 3 days, and we got $25K over our asking price pushing the market to it's new limits in our community. Sometimes I wonder if he's got a magical wand to make things happen. On a serious note, if you are planning to sell or buy a home in Tracy, Manteca, or Lathrop, don't even think about any other agents. Jack will not only get things done for you, but he will make the stressful selling/buying process a relaxing, enjoyable and pleasant experience. This is exactly why he the # 1 agent in Tracy. I can write a few pages about this wonderful man, but I think you guys got the point.

I've been in Tracy for 22 years and had always read and heard good things about Jack. We decided to go with him to sell our home, and he did a tremendous job of marketing it. He told us it was ready to show as it was, and it must have been because it showed well and we accepted an offer within 4 days of listing it. Jack was the true professional the whole time; we hardly needed to see him, but my emails to him were constant, and Jack ALWAYS responded within a minute or two. You cannot go wrong with Jack as your selling agent. Right up to closing, he was the notary public and was there to help even with the shutting off of city utilities.

We chose Jack because of his mailings. He sends out multiple advertisements a year with useful information on the house market. I figured that a guy that would be so on top of advertising like this would be a "go getter". I was right! Jack is so awesome. He showed up at the first appointment with professional handouts explaining everything. We had already moved out many months prior. He orchestrated all of the repairs we needed. Jack was very professional and diligent. He was in constant communication with us. I have bought and sold many houses all over the country. In my opinion, Jack has been the best I have ever worked with! With little effort on our part, he had the house all fixed up and sold with a check in our account. It was so great. Jack rocks.
