Jack Kloenne

I moved to Colorado back in 2013 and this is when I had my encounter with Jack a "court appointed agent." Moving from Florida renting a home from Mr. Kloenne from an ad he had listed on the internet. Everything seemed to be in order. I Had a friend of mine come and check the place out from the outside and did the best he could before I made the 1800 mile journey with my wife and 3 children. When I arrived and began to get ready to move in we did a walk through and the place was absolutely disgusting. Dog feces on the walls from where a couple of dog crates might have been sitting, fleas and whatever other kind of bugs immediately began jumping on all of our legs. We were horrified. First experience with Colorado and this is what we walked into. Needless to say we did not want to move kids, pets, or furniture into this mess so I immediately called Jack to see what he could do for us in our now desperate situation. We needed the money back to get into another place or My family and I were now homeless. After a few minutes of us basically crying in desperation to this man about having to move our family into this he agreed to give us only half our deposit back which did leave us in a spot for a few weeks 1800 miles away from home until we were able to fine accommodations.
