Jack went above and beyond to help us out-of-state, first-time home buyers find a home in the middle of the pandemic lockdown/quarantine. He was extremely responsive via text/call and would FaceTime us or send videos of the listed properties in which we were interested. We were extremely impressed with his negotiation skills, very thankful he connected us to an incredible local lender, and would highly recommend trusting Jack help you in your next property investment!

Look no Further! Had an amazing experience from End-to-End with Jack Perry. We started with a couple hours a week and Jack was very gracious and understanding that we were new to town and weren't entirely sure where we wanted to Live. Over the first couple weeks he was patient with us as we determined a Target Area. This was the first home we have sold. We were moving out of state. Jack was very confident the home would sell if we did some minor improvements to the home. Jack was the most honest realtor I have ever had. We had a terrible experience with a realtor prior to Jack. And it was for honesty reasons, we wanted someone who was down to earth and would give us real sincere advice. He told us to cancel on multiple deals because of inspection problems that were serious. He is not after a paycheck it's refreshing.
